Peconic Dunes Camp
2025 Registration Information Coming Soon!
Tips to make camp registration easier.
Log into the registration system prior to registration to confirm your username and password! You can also update your camperβs information if you wish.
Things that you need handy before starting registration:
The card or banking information you will use to pay for camp. Peconic Dunes will be charging a 3% surcharge on credit card transactions. You can pay via ACH or debit card to avoid this fee. To pay by ACH you will need your banks routing number and account number (Both can be found on a blank check)
Our system should auto detect if you are paying via debit card. If for any reason you are charged a fee on a debit card, please contact us at peconicdunescamp@cornell.edu
Your health insurance information.
The date of your camperβs last physical (needs to be within 24 months of camp).
A recent photo of your camper on the computer you will be using to register. We will be posting photos in Ultracamp this summer and having a recent photo on your account is recommended. (You can upload the photo later but itβs easier to do it now.)
You will need to pay a non-refundable deposit for each camp session at registration. See our website for full refund policy.
Once you start the registration process, you will select the session(s) you are looking to register for. While you are actively enrolling, you will not lose your spot in the session. (Breath) If the system goes idle for 10 minutes, you will not be holding those weeks and will need to re-select weeks.
During the registration process, you will sign all the waivers and complete your camperβs medical history. You will need to upload your camperβs immunization records and medication authorization form which you can do now or later. No camper will be permitted at camp without immunization records and medication authorization form on file.
Please thoroughly read the Parent Handbook(s) for the appropriate programs for which you intend to register your child.
