Earn BIOL494 Internship Credit through Binghamton University
Are you ready to gain real-world experience, make a difference, and have the best summer of your life? Apply for an Ecology Instructor Intern or Marine Science Instructor Intern positions at Peconic Dunes Camp located on Long Island New York.
What You’ll Do:
There are two key elements of an Ecology or Marine Science Instructor Intern position.
Work as an instructor at Peconic Dunes Camp or the Suffolk County Marine Environmental Learning Center (SCMELC). Living accommodations and meals are provided.
Utilize the local unique ecosystems to complete the requirements of the BIOL494 internship. This includes writing a proposal, keeping a log of your work and submitting a final report of your findings.
Commitment and Compensation:
The program begins on June 15 and runs for 9-10 weeks. You will be compensated for your work as an instructor and earn credit for BIOL494 for your internship project. Accommodations are provided. No car required.
